STEP 1:  Fall in Love!  Select one of our signature designs which has captured your ­attention. Then download our catalog for pricing and style guidelines. Have some fun—think of the many ways you can ­personalize your invitation suite! Then complete our interactive order form and you’re on your way. No worries, if you have “invitation-ordering block”, just email or call us, we are happy to help.

STEP 2:  How exciting!  Within 5 business days, we will send you an official proposal with confirmed pricing for your project based on your quantity, design and customization needs. At this time, we will also attach a design agreement. You say “I Do”!  Once you approve our pricing proposal, sign our agreement and submit a 50% ­deposit we will be ready for step three. I DO INVITATIONS accepts personal checks.

STEP 3:  Let the fun begin!  We’re working on your designs and in a mere 3 to 5 business days (after receiving your deposit), we will email you your first set of PDF proofs. Please review these proofs ­carefully and provide us with as many changes as you’d like. We will work with you until everything is perfect and exactly how you’ve envisioned it. Please note that three PDF proofs are included in the price of your order, so be sure that you’ve included all the changes you'd like before submitting them to us. Each additional proof after three will be supplied at a fee of $50 each.  

Please Note: We always send electronic proofs of artwork at 100% of its size and recommend printing out your PDF for more accurate proofing. Check and double check for spelling and grammar. Your final approval and sign-off will indicate that your invitation suite is ready for print production. If a mistake is discovered after the invitations have been approved, the error will be corrected at the cost of the customer.

STEP 4: Yay, we’ve got your sign-off!  Now your invitation design goes into print production! Our­ printers are the best in the country—they are artists themselves—so please be patient during this process, we are all working hard to transform your design to paper and ink. Our standard turn-around-time for producing your invitation suite is 3 to 4 weeks of your signed (via email) approval. Please allow one extra week if you have chosen to use hand calligraphy or have selected edge painting as an option. To receive your invites 1 week earlier, we offer a rush service at a 50% surcharge of your total order.

STEP 5:  Mail or Ship?  I DO INVITATIONS offers partial or full assembly as well as mailing services for an additional fee. If you prefer to mail your invitations yourself, we can ship the finished product for you to stuff, stamp and mail. PAYMENT:  You will receive an invoice for the balance of your order due prior to shipping your beautiful invitation suite. I DO INVITATIONS accepts personal checks.
